両親と旦那と一緒にムオタタールからプラーゲル峠に4時間・1,009メートル上がり・印象的な石の厚板道・花畑のような牧草地、リッヒサウまで1時間半・567メートル下がりのツアーに行っきた。とても美しくて歴史的なコースだ。1799年、ロシアのスヴォロフ将軍の約２万人の軍が、ナポレオン軍と戦いながらこの道を行軍した。

Starting out from the bus stop Hölloch (yes, translates as "hell hole", since the entry point to a more than 200 km long cave system is nearby) in Muotathal, we walked over rock slab paths, through forests and flower drunk meadows up to the Pragel Pass, then down to Richisau. It's an easy hike with no dangerous parts, but your fitness level should be good enough for going up 1,009 height meters.
Super beautiful tour, with historical reminders of the passage of General Suworow's Russian army and their battles with the French armies in the late 18th century in place names along the way. Suvorov is considered one of the greatest commanders in Russian history, never losing a single major battle he commanded.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
