ツアー：フリムス村～カウマ湖～ルイナウルタ渓谷～ヴェルザーム駅 ツアー動画へ・Link to tour video ツアー案内・Hike overview 距離・length: 9.2 km 登り、下り・ascents/descents: 161 m / 637 m 歩く時間・hiking time:  2 h 30 min スタート地点・starting point: Bus station"Flims, Waldhaus, Caumasee" (1,100 m) 経由地・intermediate points: Caumasee (996 m), Il Spir viewing deck (960 m) ゴール地点・end point: "Versam-Safien" train station (635 m) そのほか・remark: まだ冬っぽいな景色だった。あと2～3週間を待った方がいい。The scenery was still somewhat wintry. It might be better to wait for another 2-3 weeks before doing this tour. ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 春の涼しい朝に静かな山村のフリムス村にバスから降り、宝石のような青緑の色をたたえるカウマ湖までは10分もかからなかった。湖までの道は車椅子も行けるように作られています。そこから渓谷のエッジまでは15分ぐらいだった。特に「イル・スピール」という 展望台から「スイスの グランドキャニオン」と呼ばれている ルイナウルタ 渓谷、その 白な岩肌 と 蛇行する ライン川の 大パノラマが良く見れる。素敵！小さい展望台だから、大人数で登れない。その後、森の中にライン川に降りた。BBQスポットがいくつかあった。下から見た 白い岩肌が印象的だった。あとはベルサーム・スタフィエン駅まで30分以内で到着。駅を通って10分続けば、また素敵な 白い岩が見える。 2時間半だけのコースだけど、素敵な景色ばかりだ！ We did this hike during Easter weekend, still cool in th...
