2019年5月5日のほとんどのスイスは遅い大雪に降られていた。歩けやすい天気を求め、南スイスのティチーノ州へ出発した。ベルツァスカ谷の入り口となるメルゴシャ村からラベルテッツォ村まで2時間半で歩ける。 途中でコリッポのオステリアでランチを食べ、壮大な景色、冷たいビールや美味しいワイン、新鮮な地元の食材、美味しかった！心が落ち着く場所だ。ベルツァスカ川の色は鮮やかターコイズブル色で、美しい背景になる。
ラベルテツォ村の有名な石橋に着くと、夏でなくても かなり混んでおり、混雑が美しさを奪う気がした。森の道に少ない数の人としか会いなかった後、ちょっとしたカルチャーショックだった！
 
On a cool day in May, when most of Switzerland experienced a late, heavy snow fall, we traveled South to the Canton of Ticino in search of hiking weather. By train and bus we reached Mergoscia, a cute little village set at the entrance to the Verzasca Valley, and started our hike. The budding spring leaves of the forest offered scant protection against the stormy winds, but the valley and its villages with picturesque stone houses made up for it. By the time we had lunch on the terrace of the Osteria in Corippo (I recommend a stop!), the wind had abated and it was almost warm.
Our hike ended by the famous foot bridge of Lavertezzo. Its Instagram fame has grown to such an extent that you can expect crowds of people even in bad weather and during off-season. The green-blue waters of the Verzasca river are especially lovely here, so the bridge's popularity is no surprise, but after a lonely-ish hike through the forests it's admittedly a bit of a culture shock.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vertigo-inducing ridge hike to Rophaien

The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
