  • そのほか・remarks: 5月1日より5月末に行けばよかったです。シュワルディスにまだ雪が残っていた。といっても、シュワルディスまではコンクリート道路だから、雪でも問題なく歩けることができた。May 1 was a bit early for this hike, there was snow left up near Schwaldis Alp. End of May would probably be better. But since it's a concrete road up to the alp, walking was easy even in the snow.

美しい景色を見ながら歩くコースだ。ワレンシュタットベルクの診療所（「Walenstadtberg, Reha-Klinik」）までバスで行ける。ここから急な上り坂を上る。コンクリート道路を歩くのが嫌いなら、シュワルディスまでの1時間はコンクリートロードだから、別のツアーにした方がいいかもしれない。私もコンクリートロードが好きではないが、周りの山、谷、ワールン湖の景色が本当に美しいから、いいかと思い、歩き出した。
途中で「パクスマル（Paxmal）」という 平和の記念建造物がある。1924年から1949年にかけてカール・ビッケル氏によって建てられた。ビッケル氏はスイス郵便切手のグラフィックデザイナーであり、「パックスマーリ」を死後にスイス郵便に残した。パワースポットとも言われる場所であり、確かに心を動かした。
シュヴァルディスから草地の小道を下り、崖の上にある森に歩いた。時々、奈落の底と崖の下が垣間見え、少し緊張した。ワレンシュタットベルクの「Walenstadtberg, alte Post」バス亭に着いたら、終了だ。

A bus takes you all the way up to the clinic in Walenstadtberg. From here, the road leads you steeply uphill. If you hate walking on concrete roads, this tour might not be for you, since you'll be walking on one until Schwaldis Alp. The views up to the Churfirsten towering above and across the Walensee to the mountain panorama beyond make up for it though. Beautiful views abound!
The "Paxmal", a piece monument and labor of love, built by Karl Bickel between 1924 and 1949, is an additional attraction of this hike. Mr. Bickel was a graphic designer who created post stamps, among other things, and gifted the monument to the Swiss Post on his death. Called a power spot, the Paxmal is a very moving art piece and well worth the small detour.
From Schwaldis, the path descends through grassy areas and enters the forest on top of cliffs. From time to time, you catch a glimpse of the abyss and the cliff faces below, which is rather thrilling. Be sure to pick a nice resting spot and enjoy the view, before returning to Walenstadtberg.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
