  • 噴水がないようだから、十分な水を持参すること。晴れていれば灼熱だ！
  • Make sure to bring enough water. When it's sunny, it's scorching hot! If there are fountains, I haven't seen them.

ゲーシェネラルプ湖の周囲を3時間かけて歩くT2レベルのコース。素晴らしい景色を楽しみたい人には理想的。ゲーシェネラルプ湖の強烈なアクアマリン色の水と、周囲の山々の氷河（後退している）が、最初から最後まで息を呑むような景色を提供してくれる。登山道はスイスの一般的なハイキングコースなので、傾斜のある場所や岩場もある。「ゲーシェネラルプ、ダンマグレッチャー」バス停にある「Berggasthaus Dammagletscher」というレストランは、歩きの前後に最適なくつろぎスポットである。
3 hour T2 hike around Lake Göscheneralp, near ideal for people who want to walk comfortably and enjoy great views. Good for kids too, we encountered several families. The intense aquamarine water of the Göscheneralpsee and the (receding) glaciers on the surrounding mountains provide a breathtaking scenery from beginning to end. The trail is the average Swiss hiking path, so count expect some exposed parts along an incline and rocky walking. The Berggasthaus Dammagletscher at the "Göscheneralp, Dammagletscher" bus stop is the perfect watering and food spot for before and/or after the hike.

We walked clock-wise around Lake Göscheneralps. Close to the start of the tour.

トレイルの終点に近いブレッチェンフリューの岩場には、小さな湖がいくつも点在している。
Several small lakes dot the rocky landscape of Brätschenflue, near the end of the trail.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vertigo-inducing ridge hike to Rophaien

The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
