  • ゴール地点・end point:  First (2,184 m), take gondola down to Grindelwald
  • そのほか・remark: ツアーを8月より7月に行えれば、お花をもっと見えたはずだ。「花の天空」とも呼ばれている道だ。If you do this tour in July rather than August, you should see me more flowers along the way. I heard this path described as "flower paradise", and it would be at it´s most beautiful in July, during "mountain spring time".

2018年8月15日、シーニゲプラッテからファウルホルン山を経由し、グリンデルワルトのフィルストまで行くロングコースを歩いた。5時過ぎにもかかわらず平日も大勢のハイカーがこのツアーを行っている。
あの日、残念ながら雲が多く、ビューの半分しか見れなかった。大パノラマのファウルホルンのはずだが、半分のパノラマが雲の白い壁になっていた・・・それでも十分美しいツアーだから、とにかく行って良かった！バッハアルプスゼーの湖面に映る景色は、絵のように美しかった。ゴール地点のフィルスト展望台の周りには、フィルスト・クリフウォークという岩壁に作られた展望歩道がある。行ってみてください！
フィルストからは、ゴンドラを利用し、一気にグリンデルワルトに下がった。グリンデルワルト近辺の山は、ゴンドラや登山鉄道が多く、誰でも気軽に高い標高からの景色を楽しむことができる。とても便利だ！

In August, we went on the classic hiking tour from Schynige Platte to First above Grindelwald. Even though it´s a longish tour, it´s so well-known and -liked for it´s amazing views that you´ll be sharing the path with plenty of other people even on week days. Some people underestimate the tour, thinking it a a mere tourist hike (which it is, but a long one!) and arrive somewhat exhausted. 
You can stop for a drink and something to eat in Männdelen or on the Faulhorn, or wait until you get to First. All these locations provide stunning views to go with your food.
We spent close to 6 hours walking and another 2 hours taking pictures. Always account for "wow, it´s so beautiful" moments that stop you in your tracks. That happened to us a lot, even though a variety of clouds and fogs stuck to the mountains and cut visibility down by 50%. The Bernese alps have awesome landscapes, so even at 50% this is s seriously beautiful hike!
In First make sure to do the First Cliff Walk, before taking the gondola down to Grindelwald.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vertigo-inducing ridge hike to Rophaien

The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
