  逆回りでヴォラルプからチェーザールックに登る場合は、最終ゴンドラ（午後4～5時発）に乗り遅れないよう、事前にゴンドラのスケジュールを確認してください。始発バスは9時30分にヴォラルプに到着する。
  If you're doing the reverse tour and climb up to Chäserrugg from Voralp, please check the gondola schedule beforehand, so you don't miss the last gondola (leaves between 4-5pm). The first bus arrives in Voralp at 9:30am.

4時間、ほとんどがT2レベル、ニデリ峠からヘクシュト山までT4レベルのツアー（非常に急な傾斜に沿った、狭く露出した道）。 めまいのない健脚な人向け！牛がまだ高い牧草地に上がっておらず、山の春が満開の6月末にこの美しいツアーを行ったのは良い選択だった！夫と一緒に、おとぎ話に出てくるようなカルスト地形の石原を通り抜けながら、ケーゼルク山からツェルラー・ケーム尾根を越えてヘッヒシュト山を経り、ヴォラルプまで下り、贅沢に咲き誇る花の草原の風景の中を歩いた。カルスト地形の石原は印象的で、芸術的で鋭く、竜の骨を思わせる。花の草原はとてもカラフルでかわいらしい。観光客がスイスをおとぎ話の国に例えることがあるのも頷ける。山岳ホテル＆レストラン「ヴォラルプ」は、1908年にヘルス・スパ・ホテルとして建てられたもので、その木造建築は当時の面影を色濃く残している。ヴォラルプに着いたら、ゆっくりと一泊し、食事と外のテラスでの食事を楽しみ、翌日にバスで帰った。

4 hours mostly T2 level, from Nideri Pass to Höchst T4 level tour (narrow, exposed path along a very steep incline that seemingly goes all the way down to the valley floor, watch the video for impressions). Only for sure-footed people without vertigo! Doing this amazingly beautiful tour end of June, when the cows have not yet ascended to higher pastures and the mountain Spring is in full bloom, was definitely a good choice! My husband and I walked down from Chäserrugg though fairytale-like karst stone fields, and over Tscherler Chämm (ridge) to Höchst and down to Voralp through extravagantly blooming flower meadow landscapes. The karst stone fields are impressive, artistic and sharp, reminiscent of dragon bones. The flower meadows are so colorful and pretty they're almost kitschy. No wonder tourists compare Switzerland to a fairytale country sometimes. The mountain hotel and restaurant Voralp was built as health spa hotel in 1908, its wooden architecture clearly denoting the period. We stayed the night and very much enjoyed the food and eating outside on the terrace.

ツェルラー・ケーム尾根のニデリ峠（標高1,845m）に到着。
ここからヘシュト山まではT4レベルのめまいトレイルを歩く。

From here on to Höchst we walk on a T4 level vertigo trail.
