本当は山を登るつもりだったのだが、前夜に初雪で山頂が真っ白になってしまったので、代わりに有名な「Weg der Schweiz（スイスの道）」の一部を歩くことにした。景色を楽しみながらゆっくりと歩けるコースだ。ブルンネン村からゼーリスベルク村を越えてリュトリ草原まで歩いた。高い岩壁の上からのルツェルン湖の素晴らしい景色が見渡せる休憩できる場所がたくさんある。ゼーリスベルク村を通過したら、ベルエポック時代の古いホテルを気がついた。70年代以降、ビートルズのスピリチュアル・アドバイザーであったインド人のマハラシ師によって越瞑想運動の本部として使われている。ホテル前のモニュメントによると、「悟りの時代の世界政府」の本部もであるらしい。感動するほど美しい場所だから、なるほどと言いたいところだった。ゼーリスベルク村からリュートリ草原に下りた。リュートリは1291年に3つの州の代表者が誓いを交わし、スイス連邦共和国が誕生した場所だ。リュートリに船に乗ってブルンネンに戻った。船上からの岩壁の眺めは圧巻だ。

We had originally intended to climb a mountain, but the first snow of the year turned the mountain peaks white the night before, so we chose to walk a famous path lower down instead. We walked parts of the "Weg der Schweiz" from Brunnen over Seelisberg to Rütli. It´s an easy walk with many potential break places with awesome views across Lake Lucerne and down tall rock faces. You don´t have to be super fit to manage this tour. We passed through Seelisberg, where an old hotel from the Belle Epoque was turned into the headquarters of the Transcendental Meditation movement by Indian Guru Maharashi, the spiritual advisor of the Beatles back in the 60s. According to a monument, we are standing in the headquarters of the "World Government of the Age of Enlightenment". It's a beautiful place, Maharashi found the perfect place for such an ambitious project. From Seelisberg we descended to the Rütli meadow, the place that Switzerland was born in when three representatives from three cantons swore an oath that marked the foundation of the original Swiss Confederacy in 1291. We took the boat from Rütli back to Brunnen. From the boat, the view of the rock faces is breathtaking.

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Vertigo-inducing ridge hike to Rophaien

The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
