    アルニ湖周辺は、家族連れや年配の方々に人気のハイキングやバーベキューエリアだ。インチのロープウェイ駅に込んでしまうから、早目に着いた方がいいだ。週末朝8時に着いたら、すでに10分ほどの待ち時間だった。
    The area around Lake Arni is a popular hiking and BBQ-ing area during the weekend, especially for families and seniors, so be prepared for long lines waiting to take the gondola up from Intschi. We were early-ish at 8AM on a weekend and managed to get on the gondola with only 10 minutes waiting time. There was a long line waiting by the time we got on.

小さいロープウェイに乗って谷のインチからアルニ湖まで700メートルの高さを乗り越えた。アルニ湖のロープウェイ駅に着いたら、まずは可愛いアルペンブリックというレストランでゆっくりとコーヒを飲んだ。アルニ湖から急な高度を上げる森道を進んだ。9月下旬はブルーベリーの季節だから、+1時間を計画した方がいい。1,700～1,800mの標高のブルーベリー天国で美味しいブルーベリーをたくさん食べた。スニグ尾根の十字架にゆっくりと景色を味わいたかったが、帽子を吹き飛ばしすほど強い風が吹き、ラングケレン尾根に進んだ。ラングケレン尾根からライチャッハ谷に下りた。そこは人間の肌の味が好きな牛がいた・・・牛って、こんな長い舌があったんだとびっくり。アルニ湖に戻ったら、ロープウェイで谷に下りる前に同じレストランでアイスを食べた。大満足！

From Intschi you take the gondola up 700 height meters to Lake Arni. We were an international group of friends, and the first thing we did was have coffee at Restaurant Alpenblick. Very peaceful. From Lake Arni we hiked up 800 height meters through forest and blueberry shrubbery to Sunniggrat and Langchälengrätli. The tour is strenuous enough, but not terribly so. We were in time for blueberry season, there were blueberries everywhere. Count plus one hour in September. If you're anything like us, you'll be stopping to eat every few steps. From the cross at  edge of Sunniggrat, we enjoyed the beautiful view of surrounding mountains and Lake Lucerne in the distance. We would have stayed longer if the wind hadn't been so strong. It blew the cap off my head three times. From Sunniggrat, the path continues to Langchälengrätli and then down Leitschach Valley and back to Arnisee. I got my hand licked by a human-loving cow with an enormous tongue in an alp on the way down. We had ice cream at Restaurant Alpenblick, before lining up for the ride down to Intschi again. All in all, it was a great day!

The access road to Alp Mora is closed to private traffic, but from beginning of July to beginning of September a bus runs from Trin to Purcs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The bus focuses on bringing the valley children to school and back (or so explained the bus driver). Round tour hike from Gumen, Braunwald, over Bärentritt and the Karst plain

Keep a look out for rare flowers, e.g. Edelweiss.   ツアーマップ・LINK TO HIKING MAP 4時間のT4レベル。深淵に沿った狭い道が好きな人向けの アルパインツアーだ。山の春（6月末～7月初旬）の時のブラウンヴァルトのグーメンは素晴らしい景色だ。色とりどりの花が咲き乱れ、中には植物学者を魅了する珍しい花もある。これまで3回もグーメンの道を歩いたことがあり、毎回植物学者の研究グループに遭遇した。周遊ツアーだから2回もこの素晴らしい花の道を歩くことができる。ベレントリット（「熊の歩み」という意味）への登りは岩壁の間を通り抜け、ベルゲテンセーリ湖が眼下に広がる非常に露出度の高いものだ。垂直を誘発する岩の道は、「普通の山道」として白赤白のサインで示されているが、標識に疑問を抱かせた。きっとこれはT4に分類される白青白のサインの山道だろう。ベレントリットを下るより登る方が簡単だ。下がったらかなりアドレナリンが出るだろう。上空の果てしなく続くカルスト地形の石原の端にある道は、時には
